There is a MOVEMENT: Giving plants individual rights like humans.
It is a great movement - hard to believe that it is reality.
In South America some rivers have individual rights like the Rio Atrato in Colombia. Also the rivers Ganga and Yamuna in India and the Whanganui River in New Zealand.
